BSJ Technology, Escort Monitoring Systems and Pilot Telematics join forces to help system integrators build connected telematics solutions from sensors and GPS hardware to fleet intelligence.
Modern fleet operations require more than basic GPS tracking.
Fleet operators and solution providers increasingly need reliable data from vehicles, fuel systems, equipment, cargo and environmental sensors — and, more importantly, they need to turn that data into actionable insights for better operational decisions.
To explore how these technologies can work together in real-world applications, BSJ Technology, Escort Monitoring Systems and Pilot Telematics will come together for a hands-on telematics workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 11, 2026.
The full-day workshop will focus on practical applications across fuel monitoring, fleet operations, equipment tracking, diesel generator monitoring, and temperature-controlled transportation.
GPS tracking provides essential visibility into vehicle location and movement. But modern fleet intelligence goes much further.
Fuel levels, equipment status, temperature, vehicle activity and other operational data can provide valuable insights into what is happening in the field.
The real challenge for system integrators is bringing these different data sources together and transforming them into a practical telematics solution that customers can use.
This is where an integrated technology ecosystem becomes valuable.
Escort Monitoring Systems brings sensor technologies for monitoring fuel, temperature, equipment and other operational parameters.
BSJ Technology provides GPS tracking hardware and connected telematics devices that collect vehicle and sensor data from the field.
Pilot Telematics provides the telematics platform layer where connected data can be visualized through dashboards, alerts and reports.
Together, these technologies demonstrate a complete workflow:
Sensors → GPS Tracking Hardware → Telematics Platform → Data Visualization → Fleet Intelligence
The workshop is designed to help participants understand not only how individual technologies work, but also how they can be combined to build practical, scalable telematics solutions for their customers.
For system integrators and telematics solution providers, choosing the right hardware is only one part of building a successful deployment.
The technology must also be installed correctly, configured for the application, connected to the telematics platform, and transformed into useful operational data.
This practical workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the complete process through expert presentations, real-world applications, live demonstrations and hands-on technical sessions.
Participants will learn about:
Rather than focusing only on product specifications, the workshop will demonstrate how different technologies can work together as part of a complete telematics ecosystem.
The workshop will focus on practical use cases that address common challenges faced by fleet operators, transportation companies and equipment owners.
Fuel represents a significant operating cost for many commercial fleets and equipment operators.
By combining fuel sensors with GPS tracking and telematics software, businesses can gain greater visibility into fuel levels, consumption patterns and potential fuel-loss events.
Integrated fuel monitoring can help solution providers develop applications for:

Diesel generators are widely used across industries where reliable power supply is critical.
Remote monitoring can help businesses understand generator operating conditions, fuel levels and usage patterns without relying entirely on manual inspections.
Connected sensors and GPS/IoT hardware can provide the data needed to monitor distributed equipment and support more efficient maintenance and operational management.
For transportation and delivery fleets, basic location tracking is only the starting point.
Connected telematics can combine vehicle location with operational data to provide better visibility into routes, vehicle activity, delivery operations and fleet performance.
BSJ Technology's GPS tracking and fleet telematics hardware is designed to support real-time vehicle visibility and integration with fleet management platforms.
Construction, industrial and other field operations often involve vehicles and machinery operating across large or remote areas.
Tracking equipment location and activity can help businesses improve asset visibility, utilization and operational control.
By combining GPS tracking hardware with external sensors, system integrators can create monitoring solutions tailored to different types of mobile and fixed assets.
Temperature-sensitive transportation requires continuous visibility throughout the journey.
Combining temperature sensors with GPS tracking allows operators to connect where an asset is with what is happening to the cargo or equipment.
This creates a more complete operational picture and can support temperature monitoring, trip traceability, alert management and incident investigation.
[BSJ Cold Chain Transportation Solutions]
One of the key themes of the workshop is the complete journey from field data collection to actionable fleet intelligence.
Sensors collect operational data such as fuel level, temperature, equipment status and other application-specific information.
BSJ GPS tracking hardware connects vehicles, assets and sensor data, enabling information from the field to be transmitted to the telematics ecosystem.
Sensor and vehicle data are mapped and integrated into the Pilot Telematics platform.
Users can access connected data through dashboards and real-time monitoring interfaces.
Alerts, reports and operational insights help businesses identify events, respond to issues and make better fleet management decisions.
This integrated approach demonstrates how telematics can evolve from simple location tracking into a broader Connected Fleet IoT solution.
